From simpler motorcycle parts to safety critical automotive parts, MDI has grown to have a significant portfolio of OEM parts for Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW, JLR, MAN trucks and Ford. Our brackets are subject to stringent porosity standards to ensure their strength. The die-casting process is constantly monitored very closely for parts where compression requirements are stringent. For safety critical parts, if the die-casting parameters are out of specification, the affected parts are automatically removed without any human intervention. Additionally, MDI manufactures die-cast mounts designed for crimping processes.
